QFabric Product Family
There are three major components in Juniper's QFabric product family: the QFabric Interconnect, the QFabric Director, and QFabric Nodes.
QFabric Interconnect - QFabric Interconnect is a high-speed transport device used to physically link QFabric nodes, which function as the entry and exit portals into the fabric.
QFabric Director - QFabric Director offers management and control services that open up a common window for all devices to be managed as a single device.
QFabric Nodes - QFabric Nodes (QFX3500 switches) can be used as standalone top-of-rack switches featuring 1U form factor, 63 SFP/SFP+ ports with wire-speed 10GbE functionality.
