An integral part of our makeup is the significant community of veterans we have as Trace3 team members. Our Trace3 veterans fellowship program that feeds this community came to existence out of our deeply rooted commitment to those who have served our country. Hiring our Heroes connects veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses with employment and training at Trace3 in areas that match service members’ specific skill sets. Trace3 veteran fellows are also paired with veteran employees at Trace3 as mentors and confidants.
This fellowship is in collaboration with Hiring Our Heroes (HOH), a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation program.
